How can I book a tour?
You can book through the reservation form on our website or by contacting us via Instagram DM/inquiry. Your booking will be confirmed upon advance payment.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards (Visa / Master / Amex / JCB) and PayPal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour are free of charge. From 6 to 3 days prior, a 50% fee will be charged, and from 2 days prior or on the day of the tour, 100% of the fee will be charged. In case of cancellation due to weather or other reasons on our side, a full refund will be provided.
Do you provide English-speaking guides?
Yes. All of our tours are accompanied by English-speaking guides.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes, we do. We can create fully customized itineraries tailored to your preferences. Special experiences and surprise arrangements are also available upon request.
Can children or elderly guests join the tours?
Yes, our tours are generally open to all ages. However, some activities (such as nightlife tours or long walking tours) may have restrictions. Please confirm in advance.
What kind of clothing should I wear?
For outdoor activities, we recommend comfortable shoes and seasonal clothing. For nightlife or fine dining experiences, smart casual attire is suggested.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. Vegetarian, vegan, and halal options are also available upon request.
Can I take photos or videos during the tour?
In most cases, photography and filming are allowed. However, some venues may have restrictions. Our guides will also recommend the best photo spots and “Instagram-worthy” locations.
Can you help with reservations other than tours, such as restaurants or attractions?
Yes. We also provide a VIP concierge service, offering one-stop support for restaurant reservations and attraction bookings.
